Program Director

Michael E. Levine is a professional urban planner with many years of experience in New York City community planning.  Mr. Levine is Consulting Planner to the Lower Manhattan Community Board, Adjunct Professor of Urban Planning at Pace University and Director of the Community Planning Fellowship Program of the Fund for the City of New York. Prior to that, he held a variety of positions over a 30 year career at the New York Department of City Planning.  He also worked for 10 years as Program Administrator for the New York Metropolitan Chapter of the American Planning Association.  He has served as Co-Chair of the National Planning Conference of the American Planning Association and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
