Checking An Active Volunteer's Go Pass
You can check an active volunteer's Go Pass eligibility status two ways: by looking at a roster, or by searching.
To View Your Roster
You need to know what project the volunteer is assigned to.
- Click Bulletin Board in the top navigation menu.
- Click on the Project that the volunteer is assigned to.
- Scroll down until you find the volunteer's name, then click it.
- The volunteer's profile will indicate his or her eligibility status.
To Search Your Roster
- Click Manage Roster > View Roster in the top navigation menu.
- You can look up a volunteer by Go Pass ID#, Name, or Social Security Number.
- The volunteer's profile will indicate his or her eligibility status.
Checking A New Volunteer's Go Pass
If you wish to check the Go Pass of a new volunteer (that is, a volunteer with a Go Pass who isn't already on your roster), please follow the instructions at Adding A Volunteer With A Go Pass To Your Roster.
Volunteer Lookup by Roster - Step 1
Click Bulletin Board in the top navigation.
Click the name of the volunteer's project.
Volunteer Lookup by Roster - Step 2
Find the volunteer's name in the roster, and click it to view the volunteer's profile.
Volunteer Lookup by Roster - Step 3
Verify volunteer's name and photo.
Check the Eligibility Status column in the lower right of the screen.
"Eligible" means the volunteer is cleared for Go Pass service.

Search Roster - Step 1
In the top navigation, hover over Manage Roster.
Select Search Roster from the drop down menu.
Search Roster - Step 2
Fill in Go Pass number in the "SSN / Keycard #" field (orange outline in slide)
Click the Search button.
Search Roster - Step 3
Search results appear under the form.
Click the volunteer's name to view their profile.
Search Roster - Step 4
Verify volunteer's name and photo.
Check the Eligibility Status column in the lower right of the screen.
"Eligible" means the volunteer is cleared for Go Pass service.
